Scanner cannot recognize products

WordPos supports multiple mainstream payment methods, including: cash payment, bank card swiping, WeChat QR code payment, Alipay QR code payment, UnionPay QuickPass, member stored value card payment, etc. All payment methods support real-time settlement with guaranteed fund security.
You can batch import product data through Excel templates. In the product management page, select "Batch Import", download the standard template, fill in product information according to format (including product name, barcode, price, category, etc.), and the system will automatically complete data import and validation after upload.
WordPos uses bank-level data encryption technology, all data transmission and storage undergo multiple encryption. The system supports automatic backup with data copies saved on multiple cloud servers. It also has a comprehensive permission management system to ensure sensitive data can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
In system settings, select "Multi-store Management", create store accounts and configure corresponding management permissions. You can set independent product inventory, pricing strategies and employee permissions for each store, while supporting cross-store inventory transfer and unified data report viewing.
The system supports plug-and-play hardware connections. Connect scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers and other devices to your computer via USB or Bluetooth, and the system will automatically recognize and install drivers. In the hardware settings page, you can perform device testing and parameter configuration to ensure normal operation.
