Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time in the user center. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged based on the price difference; downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.
The free version mainly limits the number of products (50 items) and functional modules. However, the core POS functions are permanently free, suitable for small businesses just starting out.
We support mainstream payment methods including WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, etc. Basic version and above can use all payment functions with a unified rate of 0.38%.
